What We Do

The objective at FIRST/ANGELS is to connect with the community of Investors, Mentors, and other like-minded people who complement the case of Entrepreneurship.

We are essentially early to mid-stage investors and look for opportunities to invest in start-up Companies where we see revenue visibility. We are sector agnostic and love to engage with entrepreneurs, irrespective of what they are doing, try to understand and share their passion, and handhold them by connecting them to Capital, Knowledge, and Networks.

Where Do We Invest
We are extremely bullish on the India story and more so, on the Indian entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship is in our DNA and we are aggressively looking to invest and support the efforts for India’s tomorrow.

Transaction Size
We look at early to mid-stage companies and focus on transactions that range from INR 30 – 2500 Million.

Sector agnostic
We are sector agnostic and pretty much keen to look at everything, however, our bias remains towards ‘Disruptors’

Fund Raise Time-frame
Typically, it takes around 3 Months to complete the transaction, and are happy to Co-Invest, with other Funds.
